Biography
Dries Daems obtained his Ph.D. in Archaeology at KU Leuven in 2018. His research interests include the study of social complexity, urbanism and human-environment interactions through a combination of computational modelling and pottery studies. He specializes in Iron Age to Hellenistic times in the Eastern Mediterranean. His fieldwork activities cover multiple sites in Turkey, Jordan, and Cyprus.
